Synopsis

The challenge was twofold: a celebratory cake for Häagen-Dazs’ 50th anniversary and another for the Broadway production of *Come Fly Away*. Both demanded perfection, yet this week, the ovens seemed determined to defy expectations. Fulfillment of the orders proved exceptionally difficult as the machinery sputtered and stalled, threatening to derail both milestone celebrations.
