Synopsis

A hundred thousand dollars is unaccounted for from the First National Bank. A shadowy figure offers a proposition: she possesses information regarding the perpetrator of a far greater theft – one hundred million dollars. This, it seems, warrants a dispatch of Cagney and Lacey to the rural outskirts of New York to apprehend the bank's president.
