Synopsis

Whenever Samuels is away, Chris anticipates taking over his responsibilities. However, the assignment falls to Lieutenant Thornton, a technically astute officer with little experience in the field. The current case concerns construction kickbacks, and Harvey offers his assistance by agreeing to wear a hidden microphone.
