Synopsis

The girl recounted, with a chilling certainty, that her father was abusing her younger sister. The younger girl was too young to speak, leaving the older child’s account as the only evidence. How did she know? She had been a victim herself. Detectives Cagney and Lacey intervened, removing the children from their home. The task proved difficult, requiring them to separate the sisters in order to ensure their safety.
