Synopsis

Samuels is being honored with the Distinguished Service Award at a banquet, and it falls to Cagney and Lacey to orchestrate the affair. Their tasks are considerable: planning the event, coordinating the entertainment, procuring balloons, and, of course, making cannoli. The cannoli scene is particularly amusing.
