Synopsis

The detectives set their sights on a judge steeped in corruption, but he possessed a powerful advantage: a long-standing friendship with Charlie Cagney. Adding another layer of complexity, Cagney was also responsible for performance evaluations, and tension flared when Lacey received a ranking short of the top.
