Synopsis

The discovery of a wealthy Westchester woman's death in the city prompts an exploration of her life. Given Cagney’s own privileged upbringing in Westchester, glimpses of her background are revealed. A secondary narrative concerns Samuels' son, David, who is arrested for auto theft, adding a layer of tension to their relationship.
