Synopsis

The death of a homeless woman sparks a singular concern in Cagney – the desire to uncover her true identity. A secondary, amusing storyline follows two women tasked with recruitment, who find themselves inadvertently crafting a commercial for the NYPD before being replaced by professional actresses.
