Synopsis

Rock Krusher has seized control of Graystone Prison, and intends to destroy City Hall with a massive device called The Neutron Pulverizer unless his demands are met by 6:00 pm. Bowser, disguised as an inmate known only as "Maddog," managed to contact the C.O.P.S. team and relay Krusher’s scheme just moments before Krusher severed all external communications. To thwart Krusher's plan, the C.O.P.S. team must infiltrate the prison—by mirroring the methods inmates use to escape.
