Synopsis

Blitz possessed an extraordinary ability: he could detect falsehoods with remarkable precision and would bark whenever a lie was spoken. Unfortunately, those who had installed him—a group of criminals—had also fitted him with a device that caused him to behave in precisely the opposite manner intended. Fortunately, this malfunction was rectified with a proper adjustment, allowing Blitz to assist the C.O.P.S. team in rescuing Mayor Davis from his captors.
