Synopsis

Big Momma journeyed to Empire City to join her son, Big Boss, at a charity auction organized by Commissioner Highwaters. It was remarkably difficult for the kingpin to maintain decorum in his mother's presence, and he found himself forced to conceal his true nature. To that end, he fabricated a pretense of running an orphanage, employing his associates to play the roles of children.
