Synopsis

The three most formidable Boxoids—robotic boxing suits—have been pilfered by Big Boss, who intends to seize a mazer melter from a construction site and employ it to destroy the Empire City Power plant, plunging the entire city into darkness. Unless Mayor Davis can produce twenty million dollars within the hour, this devastating blackout will occur. Now, it falls to the C.O.P.S. team to thwart Big Boss’s scheme before time runs out.
