Synopsis

Dr. BadVibes has engineered a devastating earthquake device, dubbed The Ground Shaker, at the behest of Big Boss. Big Boss intends to destroy the city unless his demands are fulfilled. Now, it falls to the C.O.P.S. team to stabilize the city and expose Big Boss’s elaborate scheme.
