Synopsis

Dr. BadVibes devised a specialized device, akin to a dog whistle, and employed it against Blitz, compelling him to sabotage the C.O.P.S. team’s operations. Now, Bowser and Mainframe must discover the source of Blitz's erratic behavior and also rescue Dr. Gregory Adams. Berserko had coerced the doctor into instructing the C.O.P.S. team that Blitz should be decommissioned due to a supposed internal malfunction – a fabrication designed to conceal the truth: Blitz is perfectly functional.
