Synopsis

She entered the jeweler's with a worn bag clutched tight, her face etched with a desperate plea. As the stones were examined, a dark stain marred the back of one, a chilling discovery. Overcome with dread, she hurried to the police, the jewels in hand, seeking answers from the CID.
