Synopsis

A shadow fell across the city, marked by a brazen theft. A bag was snatched from an elderly man, the perpetrator concealed by a mask. The incident quickly drew the attention of the Criminal Investigation Department. As more similar robberies surfaced, a pattern began to emerge – a masked figure preying on the vulnerable.
