Synopsis

Simon, an international fugitive, is free, and Michael is now a fugitive himself, pursued by the FBI for his involvement in Simon’s escape. Confronted by Simon, who threatens to destroy a hotel in Miami Beach, Michael is forced to enlist the aid of old friends and a former adversary to avert catastrophe and return Simon to confinement.
