Synopsis

Bull assists his friend, Army psychiatrist Colonel Victor Taggert, in constructing a diminished capacity defense for a sergeant charged with the killing of a comrade. Meanwhile, Marissa develops a romantic rapport with Henri Fray, her art dealer – a French gallery owner who requires legal counsel to prevent an auction house from selling a work that rightfully belongs in its homeland.
