Synopsis

The TAC team receives an unusual window into Bull’s private world when his brother of thirteen years, Jacob Bull, appears unexpectedly in New York. Simultaneously, TAC is engaged in representing a financial investor accused by the FBI of orchestrating a Ponzi scheme with his father, resulting in the defrauding of millions of dollars from their clients.
