Synopsis

Bull intends to persuade the jury to disregard the letter of the law, defending a woman convicted of kidnapping her niece years prior. The crime stemmed from a desperate act: the woman sought to shield the child from her father’s abuse. During jury selection, Bull seeks individuals who share the belief that his client’s actions constituted a life-saving intervention.
