Synopsis

Bull assists a physician who has traveled across state lines to obtain a marijuana-derived oil for treating her patients in Virginia, where such oil is prohibited. The situation becomes intricate when Assistant U.S. Attorney Sylvia Banner orchestrates her own arrest on charges of possession with intent to distribute.
