Synopsis

The District Attorney engaged Bull to assist in the conviction of Hazel Diaz, a notorious drug trafficker. Diaz had evaded imprisonment for years, shielded by a successful insanity defense predicated on feigned schizophrenia, despite her culpability in the murder of a police officer.
