Synopsis

Mr. Trick engaged Ethan Rayne, an acquaintance from Giles’ past, to produce and circulate boxes of sweets that would transform the adult populace into carefree, reckless adolescents—a means of keeping them occupied while the enigmatic Mayor Wilkins performed a ritualistic offering to a demonic entity.
