Synopsis

The weight of Father Michael’s vocation pressed heavily upon him; he felt perilously close to violating the sanctity of confession in his efforts to aid Roz Demichelis. Simultaneously, memories from his youth surged forward, growing more vivid as his mother’s health continued its decline.
