Synopsis

The talks collapsed, and fighting resumed. Both armies clashed in a chaotic melee, a confused struggle before encountering a subordinate force of Zesu’s warriors. We were compelled to engage in single combat. Rye Gatt, driven by fierce loyalty and ambition for military renown with Zesu, pressed the attack relentlessly, cornering his opponent with a brutal assault. It was the harsh reality of war that Rye Gatt now witnessed as the boundaries of Derufingu's influence drew near.
