Synopsis

Abbi confronted her landlord, frustrated by his refusal to address the decaying plumbing in her apartment. Determined to find a solution, she conceived of an unconventional idea: transforming an outdoor space into a haven for smokers in New York City, effectively creating a new revenue stream.
