Synopsis

A peculiar alliance – encompassing the comedic styles of Bernard Manning and Noel Edmonds alongside the voice of David Amess MP – has joined forces in an effort to shield British schoolchildren from the dangers of narcotics originating in Eastern Europe, specifically those known as Clarky Caps, Yellow Bentines, and the enigmatic substance called Cake.
