Synopsis

The production was a school play: *Dr. Jekyll & Ms. Hyde*. Sharon and Nina both sought the leading role, but Nina secured it; her portrayal of the villainous Ms. Hyde possessed an unsettling authenticity. Consequently, Sharon was relegated to understudy. Determined to unseat Nina, Sharon exploited the latter's tendency toward superstition, attempting to persuade her to withdraw from the production. To Sharon’s surprise, however, her efforts yielded results far beyond her expectations.
