Synopsis

A call came, a request for a visit. Dad wished to see them, and Sharon arranged it, bringing Maria along with Adam. Josh, however, was laid low with the flu. But an undercurrent of unease lingered; Sharon felt a familiar sting of not being Dad’s favorite. And as that feeling intensified, she began to drink, seeking solace in the familiar oblivion of fitting in, of being one of the boys.
