Synopsis

At twenty-one, she faces the possibility of losing sight in her left eye, the consequence of forty-two unsuccessful operations intended to reconstruct her face after a devastating car accident. Elsewhere, a woman who sought breast augmentation following significant weight loss now finds herself with breasts that are noticeably unequal, and an areola positioned awkwardly within her armpit.
