Synopsis

Dr. Dubrow attends to two sisters whose lives are deeply intertwined, providing comprehensive treatment across their bodies. Meanwhile, Dr. Nassif performs surgery on a patient notable for his substantial size and prominent nose; during this time, they encounter Penny Brown, an enthusiastic proponent of extreme waist training.
