Synopsis

The elder of the Nara clan advised Shikadai to abandon the path of the ninja and instead pursue a career in politics, believing it would elevate the clan's standing. Hesitant at first, Shikadai ultimately yielded to the influence of his father's esteemed position and agreed. Boruto and their companions were taken aback by this unexpected turn. Shikadai subsequently suspended his ninja duties to dedicate himself to scholarly pursuits, preparing for a life in politics.
