Synopsis

Rather than returning with Boruto, Mitsuki chooses to remain with Kokuyou. During this period, Sekiei’s health deteriorates, and he weakens considerably. To regain his strength, Kokuyou departs to rejoin his companions. In his absence, Sekiei implores Mitsuki to instruct him in the essence of humanity. Simultaneously, Kurotsuchi, the Fourth Tsuchikage, who had been visiting her ailing grandfather, Ohnoki, is ambushed by unknown attackers.
