Synopsis

Fearsome robbers have preyed upon traveling merchants. To investigate the incident, Wasabi, Namida, and Tsubaki of Team 15 are dispatched to the scene. Tsubaki discovers a clue hinting at samurai from her homeland, the Land of Iron. The clue, however, is linked to someone who fills Tsubaki with a chilling dread. It is a person she once held in high regard, a fellow apprentice with whom she trained and perfected her swordsmanship—someone with whom Tsubaki shares a shadowed destiny.
