Synopsis

Aileen Wuornos is largely known through Charlize Theron’s acclaimed performance as her in the film *Monster*. Executed in 2002, she had been convicted for the murders of seven men. A struggling lesbian prostitute, she would entice clients to isolated stretches of woodland, frequently shooting them at close range. After a trial in Florida, Aileen received six death sentences and endured twelve years on death row.
