Synopsis

Davey, an orphaned young Native American whom Ben had raised and who worked as a ranch hand on the Ponderosa, found himself falling for one of their own people. A fellow Native American’s jealousy over this burgeoning romance, and later his murder, threatened to unravel a treaty – one that Ben himself had helped secure – between the settlers and the Yutes.
