Synopsis

A white man named Billy Horne, taken by the Shoshone as a boy of six, appeared one night at Ben and Joe’s camp without invitation. They apprehended him and brought him into town. Roy Coffee suggested locking him up for safekeeping, but Ben declared he would take the boy to the Ponderosa. They provided Horne with new clothes and began to befriend him.
