Synopsis

A man new to Virginia City, Bob Jolly, rode into town with a fierce accusation: that Judge Harry Whitaker, fueled by drink, had wrongly condemned his father, Carl, and sent him to the hangman’s noose. Adam Cartwright felt compelled to defend the judge's reputation, bound as he was by years of friendship with the Cartwright family.
