Synopsis

Having unexpectedly inherited a considerable sum from an acquaintance in India, Candy relinquished his position at the Ponderosa. He then accepted a vice presidency with a land promoter, drawn by the prospect of assisting in the sale of exceptionally beautiful and fertile acreage. However, when it was revealed that the promoter was peddling worthless desert scrub as prime farmland, Candy joined forces with the Cartwrights to bring the man’s deception to light.
