Synopsis

Hoss Cartwright took young Billy Allen, whose father was serving time for a crime, under his protection; but when circumstances demanded that he take the life of Billy’s father, the boy could not bring himself to forgive him. It is Hoss’s most deeply affecting story since "The Newcomers," and stands as one of Dan Blocker's finest performances.
