Synopsis

Mark Burdette, a man driven by greed, and his associate Early Thorne manufactured discord between the Paiute people and the residents of Virginia City. Ben learned that Burdette and Thorne were profiting handsomely from selling antelope meat to the miners, charging exorbitant prices. He then offered the miners beef at a fairer cost.
