Synopsis

The bustling town of Virginia City received a notable visitor: the actress Adah Isaacs Menken, whom Ben knew from years past. A tense atmosphere arose when Joe was brutally assaulted by Miss Menken’s ardent admirer, John C. Regan. The situation escalated quickly, culminating in a fierce confrontation where Hoss, roused to anger, easily subdued Mr. Regan.
