Synopsis

Under the cloak of night, police gave chase to an armed car thief. An officer’s attempt to assist with the suspect’s dogs was abruptly ended by a burst of gunfire. Elsewhere, a domestic dispute escalated, dramatically disrupting an officer’s shift.
