Synopsis

Deep in an operation, an undercover agent purchasing illicit goods from Florida’s street gangs suddenly faces the cold steel of a weapon's muzzle. Elsewhere, a mother and her children find themselves poised on the precipice of disaster as a sudden surge of water threatens to engulf them, and across rural Ohio, a truck careens wildly through the landscape.
