Synopsis

Bob and Wendy had joined a midday meal at the town hall before entrusting Scoop with completing the Mayor’s garage. But when Mr. Bentley arrived to inspect the work, Scoop, puffed up with pride, inadvertently crushed the man's gold watch! Simultaneously, the Mayor presented Bob with a gleaming gold watch of his own.
