Synopsis

Bob was working to restore the clocktower. Lofty attempted to hoist his toolbox up onto the scaffolding, but in his haste, he bumped the ladder aside! A startled bat then emerged from the belfry, sending Lofty scrambling away in fright, leaving poor Bob stranded on the scaffolding with his phone lying far below. Simultaneously, Muck and Scoop became embroiled in a disagreement, after which Muck drove off in a disgruntled mood.
