Synopsis

Bob discovered a scrap of pipe which, to his ears, mimicked the sound of a trumpet, and promptly fashioned it into a makeshift bugle. As he practiced, attempting to coax music from his creation, he remained blissfully unaware of the truly dreadful noise he was producing.
