Synopsis

Barely recovered from his hospital stay and still vulnerable from his wounds, Terry assumed leadership of BMF under circumstances of extreme financial duress. The organization was depleted of resources, lacking any product and reduced to a dwindling core of personnel. Terry immediately began seeking a new source of supplies.
