Synopsis

Muffin’s persistent thumb-sucking prompted Aunt Trixie to devise a solution: a dog collar, intended to discourage the habit. Muffin was indignant, and Bluey and Bingo grew frustrated that their cousin’s restricted movement kept her from joining in their games. The sisters pondered activities Muffin could still participate in while wearing her unusual restraint.
