Synopsis

Sheriff Justin Wise's longtime childhood friend Bill Fraser unexpectedly comes to town for a visit, but he is not just here to see an old buddy. Bill is a pool hustler who has gotten behind on a gambling debt and he's running out of time to pay it off.
